For service advisors
This track follows a vehicle through your day. Work through it in order, or jump to the step you need.
- Book the vehicle in. Create the repair order, match the customer and vehicle, and add the booked services. See Create your first repair order.
- Process the arrival. Confirm the booking, capture new concerns, and issue the intake authorisation by SMS or QR. See Process an arrival.
- Review the inspection. The technician's findings come through with severity and evidence, ready to quote. See Record findings with evidence.
- Build and send the quote. Turn findings into priced work and send it for approval. See Build a quote from findings and Send and approve.
- Handle the reply. Confirm staged SMS replies and re-quote any additional work. See Additional work and replies.

Keep the customer in the loop
Customers never log in. They follow progress and approve work from secure SMS links. Set up customer messaging so those updates can go out.
